Ordering by telephone, will need the payment to be invoiced either to you for payment or by an invoice generated through Paypal, you would require a Paypal account to make such a payment. Payment by invoce will obviously delay delivery as the item will only be posted after payment has been cleared through our bank.

Prices are payable in GB pounds.

The products listed are managed by a stock control system and when a single item is for sale (the stock level is normally indicated in the product info page) and highlighted as being a 'single item' for sale, once any order is processed, the item is no longer available for purchase and stock levels dispayed will be updated. There are minor limitations with internet shopping which can occur when two or more people wish to purchase an item at exactly the same moment, your web browser may show stock despite someone else having actually made the purchse moments before you. Should such a situation occur you may complete the payment process, but not be eligible to receive the book. In this case the first transaction would be deemed the rightful purchaser and a full refund would be made to the second customer. This is an extremely rare ocurrence and can be prevented, if you really want a particular item, you can email us and advise us to reserve the item for you at no added cost.
